Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026. This policy explains how personal information is used when you visit or use PostForge.

1. Contact for privacy enquiries

The operator of PostForge is Digital Dawes, c/o Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, and is responsible for the personal information processed through this service. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact support@newageleadgeneration.com.

2. Information we process

  • Account information: your email address, account identifier and sign-in information. Password authentication is handled by our authentication service. If you sign in with Google, information needed to authenticate your account is provided through that sign-in service.
  • Your content: post topics, prompts, captions, audience and tone selections, uploaded photos and logos, generated images, image text, branding and contact details you choose to add.
  • Saved work: your post Library, calendar entries, brand preferences and platform connection settings.
  • Platform credentials: client identifiers, access tokens and page or account identifiers you enter in Connections. These are saved in browser storage and synced to your account. Only enter credentials you are authorised to use, and revoke them with the relevant platform when no longer needed.
  • Support information: messages and information you provide when contacting us.
  • Technical information: information needed to serve and secure the website, such as network requests and error information, may be processed by our hosting and service providers.

Uploaded videos are used within your current browser session for preview and download. They are not saved to your cloud Library by the video upload feature.

3. How and why information is used

We use account information and saved content to provide sign-in, generate posts, preserve your work across computers and respond to support requests. Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, these activities are generally necessary to perform our agreement with you or take steps you request before entering that agreement.

We may process limited information for our legitimate interests in securing the service, investigating misuse and resolving technical problems, balanced against your rights. Billing and other records may also be kept where needed to comply with legal obligations. If an optional activity requires consent, we will request it separately; you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. AI processing and service providers

Generating captions and images sends relevant prompts and generation inputs to the Lovable AI Gateway and the AI providers used for that request, including OpenAI or Google. Avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential client material in prompts unless you have authority and understand the relevant provider’s terms. AI providers process requests under their applicable terms and privacy policies; this policy does not promise that every provider has the same retention or model-training practices.

Lovable Cloud provides account authentication and cloud storage for saved work. Hosting, authentication and AI providers process information as needed to operate the service. Authorised PostForge administrators can access accounts and saved libraries for account administration and support, and can delete posts or accounts.

Stripe handles payments through its hosted checkout. We do not collect full card numbers through PostForge. Information submitted at checkout is processed under Stripe’s privacy policy. Google sign-in and any social platforms you choose to connect also have their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

5. Browser storage and cookies

PostForge uses browser local storage and IndexedDB to maintain sign-in information, preferences, saved posts, calendar entries and connection settings. Saved account work also syncs to cloud storage. These storage functions support the service you request; clearing browser storage may remove local copies or sign you out.

The current PostForge application does not include advertising pixels or Google Analytics tracking. External checkout, sign-in services and hosting may use their own cookies or storage under their policies. If optional analytics or advertising tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent choices will be updated.

Use browser privacy settings to manage cookies and site storage. On shared computers, sign out, avoid saving credentials and remove local site data when appropriate.

6. Retention and deletion

Saved work is retained while your account is active so you can access it across devices. To request deletion of posts or your account, email support@newageleadgeneration.com from your account’s email address. We may verify your identity before acting.

Deleted posts leave an empty deletion marker used to prevent an older device restoring a removed post. Account deletion does not necessarily remove copies already downloaded, all browser-local data on every device, records held independently by third-party platforms, or records that must be retained for legal obligations or disputes. Clear PostForge site data from your devices if you want to remove local copies, and contact support separately about any paid subscription.

Where records must be retained, we keep only what is needed for the relevant purpose. Provider backup and technical retention periods follow the applicable provider policies; deletion from those systems may not be immediate.

7. Security and international processing

Account authentication and access controls restrict access to saved account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep passwords and platform tokens confidential and contact support if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Cloud, AI and payment providers may process information outside your country, including outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must apply through the relevant provider arrangements. Contact support for information about the arrangements applicable to your data.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your personal information, restrict processing or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Send requests to support@newageleadgeneration.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

9. Client data and children

If you create posts for a client, ensure you have permission and an appropriate legal basis to upload or use their information. PostForge is intended for business owners and marketers, not for use by children. Contact support if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can investigate.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and its updated date will appear here. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. See our terms and conditions and FAQ for further information about using PostForge.
